Diego Valdes

Diego is the newest member of The Clarus Group team, joining the firm after graduating from the University of Houston in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Having studied both finance and computer science, Diego brings a strong analytical mindset and an interest in applying financial information to thoughtful decision-making and client service.

 

Before joining Clarus, Diego gained experience in financial analysis and FP&A through previous roles. In these positions, he analyzed operating and sales performance, monitored key financial metrics, and supported forecasting and strategic planning.

 

Outside of work, Diego enjoys reading nonfiction, staying active, and exploring new technologies. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and becoming more involved in his local community.
